Przepis dla Hennie - recipe for Hennie




Cupcakes

275 g flour, sifted
15 g baking powder 
5 g salt
237 ml whole milk (room temperature) 
2 large egg whites (room temperature)
1 whole egg (room temperature)
5 ml pure vanilla extract 
300 g granulated sugar
115 g unsalted butter ( room temperature)


For the frostinging

227 g unsalted butter (room temperature) 
1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
500 g sifted icing sugar
4-5 tablespoon milk
Pinch of salt

(At the time I used ready banana cream.)

Instructions
Cake.
 Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium-sized bowl.
Whisk together the milk, egg whites and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, beat butter, whole egg and sugar for 2 minutes on medium. Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Slowly in a steady stream add in the egg white mixture.
Fill cupcake liners half full with batter and bake in a 180 degree oven (Celsjusz) for about 20 minutes.
Remove. Cool completely before frosting.

For the frosting.
Beat butter for 5 minutes in mixing bowl until it becomes pale in color. Add sugar, vanilla and milk and beat for an additional 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Add more milk if necessary to get desired consistency.
Fill pastry bag with frosting and pipe onto cooled cupcakes.

Moja strona z przepisami


Moja strona z przepisami ciągle wisi na serwerze ale nie wiem jak długo tam pozostanie. Jeśli na kolejne pół roku to dobrze. Jak coś będzie nie tak, to wyląduje docelowo tutaj. Nie mam ostatnio za dużo czasu na prowadzenie strony z przepisami, zaległości mam dużo ale może niedługo to się zmieni.
