Przepis dla Hennie - recipe for Hennie




Cupcakes

275 g flour, sifted
15 g baking powder 
5 g salt
237 ml whole milk (room temperature) 
2 large egg whites (room temperature)
1 whole egg (room temperature)
5 ml pure vanilla extract 
300 g granulated sugar
115 g unsalted butter ( room temperature)


For the frostinging

227 g unsalted butter (room temperature) 
1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
500 g sifted icing sugar
4-5 tablespoon milk
Pinch of salt

(At the time I used ready banana cream.)

Instructions
Cake.
 Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium-sized bowl.
Whisk together the milk, egg whites and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, beat butter, whole egg and sugar for 2 minutes on medium. Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Slowly in a steady stream add in the egg white mixture.
Fill cupcake liners half full with batter and bake in a 180 degree oven (Celsjusz) for about 20 minutes.
Remove. Cool completely before frosting.

For the frosting.
Beat butter for 5 minutes in mixing bowl until it becomes pale in color. Add sugar, vanilla and milk and beat for an additional 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Add more milk if necessary to get desired consistency.
Fill pastry bag with frosting and pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
